Jason Bonnet

Biographie: I serve as Chief Development Officer of Esen, a next-generation real estate development firm focused on visionary mixed-use projects across North America. Previously, I led Commercial Development for Brookfield Properties’ East Coast region, where I managed a $7B+ pipeline and oversaw major urban projects from the New York region, and Boston to Miami and markets in-between. Over the course of my career, I’ve delivered more than 4,000 multifamily units, 1M+ square feet of office, 500,000+ square feet of retail, along with hotels, parks, and activated community spaces—totaling over $6B in development value across major U.S. markets from East Coast to West Coast. I hold a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, and am an alumnus of Harvard Business School.
