Jason Bonnet

Biography: I serve as the Chief Development Officer of Esen, a premier real estate development company focused on visionary mixed-use developments across North America. I was formerly the head of Commercial Development for the East Coast region for Brookfield Properties where I managed over $7B in project pipeline and execution. Throughout my career, I have successfully executed 4,000+ multi-family units, 1M+ square feet of office, 500,000+ square feet of retail, as well as hotels, parks and community spaces. This all equates to over $5B of development value realized in major markets from the East Coast to the West Coast. I obtained my Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and my Master's in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. In addition, I am an alumnus of Harvard Business School.
