Biographie: Over the last 5 years, Lisa has been working in the leading flexible offices businesses in the enterprise sales leadership capacity, having built and grown the enterprise and account management teams globally. Lisa was the Head of Enterprise Sales and Account Management at Industrious, the third biggest flex operator in the US; the Head of Enterprise Sales for Hana in EMEA (CBRE subsidiary company) and most recently the Senior Vice President of Sales for the U.K. in IWG. Lisa is a successful business leader with passion for client solutions, business development, and building high performing teams.? Lisa has spent 15+ years of her career in the leading commercial real estate companies (Cushman and Wakefield, JLL and CBRE) in transaction management, strategic advisory and portfolio management capacity, scaling up the businesses across geographies, clients and product lines. Lisa is a globally recognised industry expert and thought leader on flexible office and co-working. Her thesis on WeWork and the Rise of Co-Working and research materials on the flexible office market have been published by Columbia Business School and are currently used by the recognised professors to teach students on the subject of flexible offices and asset management. Lisa herself is a visiting lecturer in Columbia Business School and Oxford Said Business School teaching MBA students on the active asset management, operational real estate, flex office space and the future of offices.? Lisa has MBA degrees from Columbia Business School and London Business School. Lisa is passionate about hospitality and making a difference to people's well-being through built environment.
