Biographie: Michael Cox President of JDS Companies As a Senior Vice President and in his roll overseeing JDS Companies, as well as in his prior career, Michael Cox has been involved in the development of award-winning residential, commercial and resort communities in the United States and the Caribbean. Prior to founding JDS Companies with Johnson Development, Mr. Cox was owner and founder of Memorial Development Services, which provided outsourced development services for builders, investors and lenders. The company became an affiliate of Johnson Development in 2012. He is an active 20-year member of the Urban Land Institute serving as a council chair and is a licensed real estate broker in Texas.
