Jeff Githens

Biographie: Jeff Githens is President of Development for PeakMade Real Estate based in Atlanta, Georgia. PeakMade was founded in 2011 and develops/manages student apartments, multi-family and build-to-rent communities across the United States. Jeff has been involved in 35 ground up developments of all product types including garden-style, mid-rise, high-rise, townhome/cottage, mixed-use and adaptive re-use. Jeff graduated from Georgia Tech with a Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering and from Emory University with a Masters in Business Administration. He is a member of ULI and NMHC.
