Erin Harvey

Biographie: As an Investment & Leasing Officer at EQT Real Estate, Erin has senior responsibility for executing on the overall Northeast strategy for industrial, life science and office including investment origination, oversight of underwriting and due diligence, transaction structuring and deal negotiation. Since opening the Boston satellite office in 2021, Erin has made key hires to expand the local team and strategically grow the real estate portfolio to over 1,400,000 square feet. Erin has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining EQT Real Estate, she served as Director of Leasing and Marketing for New Balance Development Group. During her tenure at New Balance, Ms. Harvey played a pivotal role in the development of Boston Landing, a 1.7 million square foot mixed-use project that encompasses the New Balance World Headquarters, Warrior Ice Arena, The Auerbach Center, The Residences at Lantera, the Boston Landing Commuter Rail Station and the TRACK at new balance. Ms. Harvey was involved in all aspects of the pre-development and development process including over 800,000 square feet of lease transactions.
