Kurt Krieg

Biographie: Mr. Krieg joined Extell Development Company in 2017. He focuses on development and project management, vertical and horizontal improvements, acquisitions, governance and community formation and master plan oversight in Utah, principally the more than 6,500-acre Mayflower conglomerate including Blue Ledge, Pioche, JSSD, Primrose, Ventana, Valeo, and Mayflower land. Mr. Krieg has a unique understanding of Utah, Colorado and California development regulations and governance, public finance, luxury resort development, fractional development and the ski industry. Prior to his over two decades of resort and ski venue development, Mr. Krieg worked several years as a Treasuries Hedge Trader on the Chicago Board of Trade. Mr. Krieg is a graduate of Colorado State University with a degree in real estate and finance.
