Biographie: I am a CRE industry professional with over 30 years in multifamily development, financing and brokerage. I recently sold my company, KIG CRE to Cushman and Wakefield becoming their Midwest multifamily brokerage leader. Clients include JP Morgan, Heitman, CIM, Golub, Fifield, Laramar, AEW, Waterton, GID and other regional and national players. Transaction volume is over $3,000,000,000. I am on the board the University Of Illinois Gies Business School, the board of Roosevelt University's MBREI graduate degree program and a member of Lincoln Park Builders Club.
