Weitere wichtige Ideen betreffen die Umwelt, die Nachhaltigkeit und die Widerstandsfähigkeit der Untersuchungsgebiete sowie das Potenzial, autoorientierte Korridore in aktive, in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbare Gemeindezentren zu verwandeln. Spätere Abschnitte des Berichts über Infrastruktur, Verkehr und Wohnen enthalten spezifische Empfehlungen für das Gebiet als Ganzes sowie für das Folsom CBD und die North Watt Avenue Korridore.
