Each year, the Conference opens with a keynote presenting the latest residential industry data and trends. Adam Ducker of RCLCO provides this year's thoughtful analysis of the state of the U.S. housing industry, with an emphasis on opportunities in the moderate / "workforce" housing asset class. Attendees learn what the latest data tells us about rental and homeownership trends, price trajectories, who is moving where, construction costs and challenges, and home attainability issues in the U.S. housing market.
