Cameron Arial

Biography: Cameron Arial founded Clearwater Financial in 2015 and has been in municipal services for over 18 years. He is passionate about representing his clients’ best interest and is known for his use of competition to achieve superior and transparent results. Cameron is a pioneering municipal advisor, presented numerous times at municipal conferences, and mentored other municipal advisors. He also has a unique understanding of development and has successfully developed numerous municipal and commercial projects in multiple states. His expertise spans the entire development process: site selection & procurement, entitlement, and construction management. He has assisted countless municipalities with hundreds of successful projects and financings. Cameron has a Ph.D. in Public Administration and a certificate in Community Planning from Boise State University. He serves on the Urban Land Institute and Idaho Technology Council Boards. He is a registered Municipal Advisor Principal and holds Series 50, 52, and 54 licenses.
