Chris is the CEO & President of ITEX. Since joining ITEX, the firm has developed over $850 million in real estate. He is responsible for the strategy and oversight of the Investment, Development, Construction, and Management of the investment portfolio. Before joining ITEX, Chris graduated from Lamar University with a Finance degree and is an alumni from Harvard Business School. Chris is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, National Affordable & Workforce Housing Council, Texas Affiliation of Affordable Housing Providers, Texas Apartment Association, and the National Multifamily Housing Council.
