Kelly Annis

Biography: Kelly Annis runs the St. Louis office of the Urban Land Institute as well as Branch Communications, a real estate industry-focused marketing and communications business. In this dual capacity, Kelly has the pleasure of working with her ULI peers across the US and in Europe, providing both design and technical writing assistance as needed to help support ULI’s mission of shaping the future of the built environment for transformative impact in communities worldwide. Kelly and her husband, Mike, live in St. Louis, Missouri, with their son, Lukas. In addition to her passion for St. Louis, Kelly enjoys hiking with her teenager and dog, pretending to keep up with her husband on the golf course, and riding her horse through the Missouri woods.
