Kimberly Adams
Biography: Kimberly A. Adams, Managing Director, is head of global strategies targeting alternative property sectors for Clarion Partners. Kim also serves as a member of the Executive Board and Investment Committee. Prior to Clarion, Kim spent 21 years at JP Morgan and served as the Senior Portfolio Manager for J.P. Morgan's flagship U.S. core real estate strategy, valued at $40B in GAV, invested across sectors and serving a global investor base. She was responsible for managing all aspects of the portfolio's investments and strategy, and served as a member of JPMorgan's Investment Committee and US RE Management Committee. Earlier in her career, Kim worked for Prudential Real Estate Investors and LaSalle Investment Management, primarily in an asset management role. Kim received a B.A. in economics from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management. She serves as a council member and Global Governing Trustee of the Urban Land Institute, a PREA Board member, and the Chairman for the advisory council of Kellogg’s Real Estate Program.
