Mark Arizmendi

Biography:
Mark Arizmendi is the founder and CEO of Northwestern Capital Partners, LLC, a boutique investment bank and advisory firm. Northwestern Capital has completed $800 million of financings and has invested in a number of assets from real estate to biotechnology. The company is based in Ann Arbor, MI, and Chicago, IL, and has invested with or advised companies from San Francisco to Basel, Switzerland. Mark attended the University of Southern California (USC), where he majored in economics. He worked with major Los Angeles real estate investor the David H. Murdock Development Company, where managed commercial projects in West Los Angeles and Santa Monica. Later, Mark worked with Heitman Properties, in the Chicago-based developer’s Beverly Hills office, from where he managed major commercial projects in Beverly Hills, Mid-Wilshire, San Francisco, and Reno, NV. NCP was an early investor in SPLT, a transportation technology company based in Detroit, MI, and now moving to Los Angeles, CA. SPLT was acquired by Robert Bosch, GmbH, in 2018, and Mark is the Senior VP of the newly acquire firm, which is part of Bosch's Connected Mobility program, which seeks to be the leader in the next generation of transportion, which will have profound effects on real estate. Mark received his MBA from Queens University in 1999 and performed additional post grad work at the Kellogg School of Management from 2005 through 2006, where he is part of the Alumni Network. Mark and his wife met at USC, and their extended family is very active and established in real estate in both Southern California and Northern California. In his spare time, Lynne and Mark like to spend time with their family of three children and personally likes to read history, swim, run, surf, and ski. Member Directory  Arrow
