Biography:
Natalie Anderson is an Executive Vice President and Senior Credit Officer in Wells Fargo’s Commercial Real Estate Group. Based in Dallas, TX she is responsible for credit oversight for the commercial real estate portfolio in the U.S. As one of the nation's leaders in the real estate industry, Wells Fargo Commercial Real Estate provides a comprehensive platform of financial products and services to regional and national owners, operators and developers, real estate funds and REITS. Natalie joined Wells Fargo in 2003 as part of the financial analyst program in the Dallas Regional Commercial Banking office. After completing the Credit Management Training Program in 2004, Natalie served as a relationship manager responsible for underwriting, originating and managing commercial real estate loans in the Real Estate Merchant Banking Group in both Washington DC and Dallas. In early 2009, Natalie joined the Special Situations Group, where she was responsible for a portfolio of troubled commercial real estate loans and owned real estate assets that were acquired as part of the merger with Wachovia. Prior to moving into her current position in 2015, Natalie was a Division Manager in the Commercial Real Estate Group with responsibility for lending offices in Dallas, TX and Denver, CO. Natalie earned her B.S. degree from Baylor University and her M.B.A from The Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. Natalie is a member of the Urban Land Institute and currently services on the leadership committee for the Industrial and Office Product Council. She has held former positions on the board of the Real Estate Council of Dallas and the Executive Council of the University of Texas Real Estate Investment Center Council.
