Biography:

Nina Albert uses her expertise in real estate, economic development, and public-private partnerships to accelerate transit-oriented development for Metro. She heads up Metro's office of real estate and parking and manages Metro real estate to maximize transit flexibility and high-quality communities centered around transit. Prior to joining Metro, Nina worked for Walmart, the Government of the District of Columbia, Hammes Company, and Verizon. Nina is also a veteran and served as an officer in the U.S. Army Signal Corps. She has a Master of Business Administration, Master of Regional Planning, and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. She is also a proud member of the Board of Directors for the Anacostia Watershed Society. Member Directory
