Paul Angelone
Biography: Paul Angelone is a Senior Portfolio Manager, Climate and Sustainable Strategies within the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Office of Policy helping to implement its mission to protect human health and the environment. He provides policy and analytical insight on clean energy transition, greenhouse gas reduction, and place-based economic revitalization through equitable implementation of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, Inflation Reduction Act, and the CHIPS and Science Act. Hailing from the Midwest, Paul has a wide variety of policy, program management, and coordination experience at the international, national, and municipal levels with an ability to bring people together and manage complex processes. His professional knowledge spans topics such as real estate and community development, infrastructure, building resilience, and enabling effective governance. Paul holds an urban planning degree from Ball State University where he focused his studies on environmental and international planning. While at Ball State, Paul attended CEPT University in Ahmedabad, India. He lives with his wife, daughters, and beagles in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Washington, D.C.
