Stephanie Ayres

Biography: As Vice President of Consumer Engagement and Insights for Lennar Ms. Ayres ensures consumer insights are at the heart of the company's product and marketing programs. Ms. Ayres leads the cmopany's marketing automation team as well as marketing efforts for two brands within the company - Next Gen(r) and Active Adult. Ms. Ayres was formerly Nat'l Vice President, Strategic Marketing for CalAtlantic and prior to that served as Standard Pacific Homes' National Vice President of Marketing, with responsibility for the company's brand, advertising, consumer research, social media and digital marketing efforts. Before joining Standard Pacific Homes in 2000, Ms. Ayres held senior management positions at two prominent real estate consulting firms leading both market feasibility and econometric modeling projects for real estate clients nationwide. Ms. Ayres earned a BS in Real Estate Finance and an MBA with a Marketing Concentration, both from Cal State Fullerton.
