Brad Beggs

Biography: Brad Beggs, MAI #183250 September 10, 2002 Mr. Beggs is principal in charge of Development Strategies' real estate appraisal division and actively participates in teh firm's real estate appraisal assignments. He is a recognized expert in real estae valuation and has provided testimony in cases where the accurate value of property has been an issue. His knowledge of the national real estate market has been a valuable asset that the firm has used in many consulting assignments. Mr. Beggs has lent his experience to market analyses, feasibility studies, highest and best use analyses, economic research, and data analysis. Mr. Beggs is responsible for Development Strategies' computer technology and has implemented the use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) in the creation of maps for the firm's appraisals and market studies. He is cnstantly researching and applying new sources of technology and information to the firm's projects. Mr. Beggs has a MBA from the Washington University, John M. Olin School of Business. He has completed all coursework and passed all examinations for a Master of Construction Management at Washington University. He also earned a BA in Architecture from Washington University.
