Brendan Bosman

Biography:

Brendan Bosman is an investment professional focused on real estate transactions at Värde Partners, a $13 billion alternative investment firm. Mr. Bosman is a Managing Director and leads Värde’s US Real Estate Private Equity business. Mr. Bosman has managed the underwriting, acquisition and management of non-performing loans, office, multifamily, industrial, residential and retail properties. Prior to joining Värde in 2008, Mr. Bosman worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Banc of America Securities. At Banc of America Securities, Mr. Bosman was a member of the Global Structured Finance Group and the Debt Private Placements Group in Charlotte, N.C. and Chicago, IL, respectively. Mr. Bosman was involved in assisting clients by structuring a variety of debt offerings in the asset-backed and private placement markets.
