Biography:

April 2011 I am a Senior Vice President in the Los Angeles office of PKF Consulting, a Hospitality Consulting firm and have been with this Firm or its predecessor firm since 1970. I currently teach the hotel development class in the Masters of Real Estate Development program at the University of Southern California, am on the Hospitality Industry advisory Council of the California State University system and am past chair of the Board of Advisors of the Collins College of Hospitalty Management at Cal Poly, Pomona. I have done or supervised numerous hotel market demand studies, appraisals, repositioning analyses and tourism studies and have consulted to AEG and the City of Los Angeles re the development of the JW Marriott/Ritz Carlton Hotels at LA Live as well as to many other public and private sector entities.
