Biography:

November 2005 Mr. Benedict is a Director in the Boston office of HFF (Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P.) with over six years experience in commercial real estate finance. He is primarily responsible for investment sales focusing on office and retail properties. Mr. Benedict began his career at HFF performing financial and market analysis, preparing offering documents, marketing transactions and facilitating the due diligence process for debt and structured finance transactions. During the course of his career, Mr. Benedict has been involved in over $1 billion in commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Benedict joined the firm in January 2001. Prior to HFF, he was with The Greenwich Group International where he was responsible for the overall management of various equity and debt placement assignments. Mr. Benedict earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio University. Member Directory
