After a successful 21-year career with the Del Webb Corporation and PulteGroup Inc., Deborah Blake created The Ipsum Group to assist clients in monetizing the growing, and increasingly diverse, market of 55+ consumers. Ms. Blake’s unique career experience provides a broad and deep understanding of the ever changing mature consumer and the age targeted and age qualified real estate categories. September 2009– February 2011: Directed branding, repositioning, and marketing strategy for Del Webb’s 52 Active Adult communities in 21 U.S. markets.
