Doug Bakke

Biography: Doug Bakke February 2003 For 15 years, Doug Bakke has specialized in the leasing and sale of office properties in Denver. He has been involved in more than 850 lease and sales transactions totaling more than 8.75 million square feet and resulting in over $750 million in total consideration. Doug is a graduate of the University of Colorado where he earned a B.S. degree and is currently a Senior Vice President at CB Richard Ellis and runs a brokerage team of 11 people that work the northern and western part of the metro Denver area. He is also very involved in the telecommunication/technology industry on a national level, representing groups like Level 3 Communications. He has been the #1 producer in the Denver office 3 of the last 4 years. He has also been a member of the prestigious Colbert Coldwell Circle, which recognizes the top 3% of the company, the past two years. On a charitable basis, Doug is an active participant in The Denver Foundation, Social Venture Partnership and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
