Biography: Edjuan D. Bailey is the Vice President of Marketing for Brookfield Residential in Texas, responsible for land and housing sales and marketing. Edjuan has more than 20 years of strategic sales and marketing management experience working in the homebuilding, land development, logistics and contracting industries. Edjuan has been with Brookfield Residential since 2011, where he has worked to plan and execute marketing and strategy for their substantial land portfolio. Prior to joining Brookfield Residential, Edjuan served as senior vice president of Strategic Marketing for Centex Homes’ largest division in Dallas, Texas and also held senior positions at Integrated Electrical Services, the largest residential electrical contractor in the US, Federal Express Corporation and Con-Way Transportation.
