Greg Belew

Biography: As a Divisional President for Lennar Multifamily Communities (LMC), Greg Belew leads a regional team with responsibility for all development operations for the company in the New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania markets. Belew originally began his real estate career with JPI Development, developing luxury multifamily real estate communities in Dallas, San Diego and San Francisco. Belew’s career has also included positions with JP Morgan’s Real Estate Investment Banking Group, JPI Companies, and Alliance Residential. Belew was also a co-founder of Fifth Square Partners, a boutique developer of condo buildings throughout the northeastern U.S. Belew has successfully developed projects in many markets, including New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Texas, and California. Belew earned a BBA in Real Estate and Finance at Southern Methodist University and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
