Biography:
GREGORY S. BALDWIN, FAIA - PARTNER Zimmer Gunsul Frasca Partnership Mr. Baldwin is a design partner for the firm of Zimmer Gunsul Frasca Partnership with over 30 years of experience as an architect, urban designer and planner. He has been responsible for the design of numerous buildings, downtown plans and related transportation facilities in Portland, Seattle, San Francisco, Denver, Chicago, New Jersey, Houston and other major cities. Mr. Baldwin received his Bachelor of Arts, Master of Architecture, and Master of Architecture in Urban Design degrees from Harvard University. He was awarded a Marshall Prize, a Fulbright Fellowship and a Rome Prize for post-graduate study. He is a Fellow of the American Academy in Rome and of the American Institute of Architects. Projects for which Mr. Baldwin has been responsible have been awarded a Presidential Award for Design Excellence; a U.S. Department of Transportation National Honor Award for Design for Transportation; and several national AIA, APA and Progressive Architecture awards in architecture and urban design.
