Biography: Jillian manages commercial projects for healthcare, retail, multifamily and municipal clients. She specializes in preconstruction, bringing value to the startup process for new developments and renovations. Jillian grew up in Pinellas County and has lived in St. Petersburg since 2015. She is the founder and president of YIMBY St. Pete, an advocacy organization dedicated to passing zoning reforms that promote equitable housing and transportation policies.
