Jonathan Bartlett

Biography: Jonathan Bartlett is a Senior Consultant in the Advance Planning Group of Jacobs (APG). As a focused strategic consulting and urban planning team embedded in one of the world’s largest engineering firms, APG works around the world helping public and private sector clients meet their business objectives in the face of change. Based in Atlanta, Jonathan’s core skills are in forward-looking market, financial, and strategic analysis of real estate opportunities. Since joining Jacobs in 2014, Jonathan has worked extensively in the Middle East providing strategic consulting for oil and industrial companies related to non-hydrocarbon infrastructure investment and utilization. Prior to joining Jacobs, Jonathan was a Vice President with RCLCO in Bethesda, Maryland and Atlanta where he conducted market studies and strategic consulting engagements for residential and mixed use developments throughout the United States. He is a full ULI member on the Urban Revitalization Council and has served on national ULI panels in Manhattan Beach, CA and Charlotte, NC as the real estate market specialist.
