Josh Brandsdorfer

Biography: Josh Brandsdorfer practices in the Fort Lauderdale office of the law firm Berger Singerman LLP. Since 2015, Josh has been providing transactional legal counsel to a wide variety of lending institutions, private and public real estate investment firms, family offices, joint venture groups, real estate developers, and private investors with respect to senior, mezzanine, and equity financing real estate transactions, disposition and acquisition of multi-family, office, commercial retail and pre-development opportunities, and general landlord/tenant commercial leasing. During his career, Josh has been involved in more than $1 billion in real estate transactions. While Josh’s practice focuses on real estate transactions throughout the country, he has developed strong ties to the South Florida real estate community as well through significant real estate transactions in Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. In addition to his contributions to his clients and Urban Land Institute, Josh has served as the General Counsel for the Las Olas Association, Inc., a member organization serving the businesses and commerce along the integral South Florida corridor of Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale, since 2018.
