Justyna Bauta-Szostak

Biography: Justyna Bauta-Szostak- tax advisor, legal advisor, partner in MDDP. Advisor in the field of corporate income tax and international tax, specializes in advising entities from the real estate sector and corporate restructuring. In MDDP she heads the department Real Estate, leading investment projects in real estate located in Poland and other Central European countries. Her experience in this area includes all stages of business - from the decision and the choice of optimal legal form of investment through ongoing advice related to the specifics of the development industry, to exit from the investment. She has carried out projects among others: the sale of shares in companies being the owners of the property, the preparation and introduction on the Stock Exchange of companies from the real estate sector, the creation of investment funds investing in real estate. She conducts training in income and international taxes.
