Biography: April, 2006 (SAN FRANCISCO, February 8, 2006) - The James Campbell Company LLC announced that Kathleen Burgi-Sandell has joined the company as Vice President, Regional Manager at the company's San Francisco office. She is responsible for a real estate portolio of over 4 million SF consisting of office, industrial and retail properties nationally. Ms. Burgi-Sandell has 30 years of real estate experience based in San Francisco. Prior to joining the company she was Vice President, Asset Management for Morgan Stanley where she managed a portfolio of properties in the company's western region. She previously held executive positions as Director of Regional Asset Management at Burnham Pacific REIT and Vice President of Asset Management at UBS Realty Investors. - MORE - KATHLEEN BURGI-SANDELL 2-2-2 Ms. Burgi-Sandell is a past regional board member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a member of ICSC for over 25 years, Urban Land Institute Product Council of Renovation Resue Council member and chair of membership, Executive Board member San Francisco Regional ULI, former Co-Chair of the San Francisco Women's Leadership Initiative, Vice Chair San Francisco Commercial Local Product Council, as well as member of Lambda Alpha International. She holds a master's degree in Cultural Resource Management with an emphasis on Adaptive Reuse from the University of California at Riverside and a bachelor's degree in Anthropology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
