Katie Blum

Biography: As a Denver resident, a native of the Vail Valley and a former LEED consultant, it was only a matter of time before Katie joined the East West Partners family in 2016. Katie has spent her first couple years with East West Partners in Denver focusing on project management for The Coloradan. Katie is now focused on acquisitions, working with local teams to take new projects from concept to closing. Before joining East West Partners, Katie led business development efforts for multiple nonprofits, was a Development Associate and LEED consultant for Navarro Lowery, and worked in finance for William Blair & Company and J.P. Morgan. She earned an MBA from the University of Denver and a BA from Duke University. Katie has an affinity for the outdoors and is passionate about building sustainable, inclusive communities.
