Kelly Benedict

Biography:
Kelly Benedict, Vice President, Head of Innovation and Transformation. Kelly leads the innovation council team and strategy for the organization and is entrusted with developing and execution of the digital transformation strategy for Gilbane. She is skilled in design thinking, growth strategies, market trends and spearheading enterprise initiatives involving complex problems to solve and multiple stakeholder groups in various corporate organization design structures. Her experience encompasses architecture, construction and development in sales, marketing, strategy and innovation. Ms. Benedict received her Bachelor of Science degree in education with a minor in marketing and sales communication from Bowling Green State University. She has additional training in senior leadership and executive leadership having attended the INSEAD program in Fountainbleau, France. Her professional affiliations include the Urban Land Institute UMDC Purple Flight Mixed-Use Council; Architecture, Construction and Engineering ACE Mentoring (past Board Member and President of the Board), Clinton Global Initiative; (Infrastructure Working Group). She formerly stood up and led a formal innovation program for an international publicly traded property company that resulted in provisional patents and new products into the market. She has developed critical business growth tools, training programs and workshops on strategic road map development and execution, for business development and presentation skills training for technical leaders.
