Biography:

With more than 20 years experience in complex urban mixed-use projects, Mark has developed over $500m of real estate across all asset classes primarily in New England and the New York metropolitan area. He directs and manages all aspects of the real estate process including acquisition, permitting, financing, marketing, design and construction. Mark currently serves as Director of Development at Lendlease where leads the development of a 500,000 sf Life Science development in Alston-Brighton, MA. Prior to his role at Lendlease, Mark has served as Director of Development at several prominent real estate development organizations in Boston. Mark earned a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Master of Architecture from the University of California Berkeley. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin. Mark has been a member of ULI since 2006 and currently serves as co-chair of the Boston Market Council. He also serves in ULI’s Urban Plan program volunteering in various High Schools throughout greater Boston. Mark is married with three children and lives in Brookline, MA. Member Directory
