Pegy Brimhall

Biography:
Pegy Brimhall is a skilled real estate developer with a strong focus on revitalization and housing innovation. Previously the Founder and Principal of Figurd Real Estate Development, she has led both urban multifamily in!ll and suburban single-family in!ll housing projects ranging from $1 million to $60 million, applying her expertise in feasibility, entitlement, programming, and design services. Prior to Figurd, Pegy founded Rising Barn, Inc., where she pioneered a do-it-yourself CNC-machined building kit for accessory dwelling units, impacting housing policy change in San Antonio and creating a $4.2 million pipeline before a successful exit from the company. Additionally, through her partnership with Dallas-based real estate developer Brooks Partners, she helped launch Currentsy, a digital marketplace for small businesses in the fashion industry. Earlier in her career, she oversaw and participated in the design of adaptive-re-use urban projects, hospitality and entertainment centers, and the retail roll-out of "agships for Marc Jacobs International in key districts of major cities across Asia. Recognized for her innovation, Pegy has been awarded the Bexar County Tech Fuel Award and the J.
