Robert Burke

Biography: March 2017 Bob Burke is responsible for the acquisition, entitlements, construction and leasing of apartment and office properties on the Bay Area Peninsula. Greenheart Land Company is ini the process of the process of developing over $750 million of apartment and office projects in Menlo Park and Palo Alto. Prior to starting Greenheart, Mr. Burke managed the Northern California operation for Shea Properties, a developer of apartments, retail and office properties throughout the Bay Area. Mr. Burke received his MBA in Real Estate from U.C. Berkeley.
