Ryan Botjer

Biography:
Mr. Botjer heads Tishman Speyer’s business in China, which he established in 2006. Additionally, he provides senior management oversight for activity in Chicago and is based in the Chicago regional office. Mr. Botjer joined Tishman Speyer in 2004 and is a member of Tishman Speyer’s Global Investment Committee. He was involved in the company’s Leadership Development Program, which included the formation of the Tishman Speyer Office Fund and Listed Property Trust in Australia and the development of the firm’s emerging markets platform. From 1996 to 2001, Mr. Botjer lived in China, where he most recently served as chief operating officer of Asia Pacific Real Estate Ltd., which co-developed Phase I of the Shanghai Racquet Club & Apartments with ING Real Estate. In that capacity, he worked on the project’s development as well as its asset management strategy.
