Timothy Bradley

Biography: Timothy S. Bradley is the founder of TSB Capital Advisors, a principal of TSB Realty, and one of the leading commercial real estate financing consultants in the nation. Mr. Bradley has been featured in National Real Estate Investor magazine, at the Institutional Real Estate, Inc. Conference, and at the National Multifamily Housing Council Conference and Expo. Mr. Bradley is also an active member of the ULI Build-To-Rent and Student Housing councils. Mr. Bradley advises clients on the capital markets for all product types within the real estate sector. He specializes in the formation of programmatic joint venture equity partnerships, involving institutional, HNW, and family office investors. He has also been integral in securing the first investment in new asset classes for multiple major foreign and domestic institutions. Mr. Bradley started his career focusing on conventional finance and taxable/tax-exempt bond financing for education-centric development and acquisition projects. TSB Capital advises clients on all types of senior financing and deal-tailored joint venture partnerships while TSB Realty focuses on investment sales for Mr. Bradley’s top clients nationally. Prior to founding TSB Capital Advisors in 2009, Mr. Bradley served as a Senior Vice President at a Philadelphia-based investment banking firm where he was instrumental in the development and expansion of the firm’s core business. Mr. Bradley received his B.A. from James Madison University in 2001.
