Todd Blanding

Biography: I am a commercial real estate private equity investment professional with ~20 years of experience. I have analyzed over $5 billion in real estate transactions from multiple perspectives including: real estate debt and equity transactions, recapitalizations of existing assets, investment banking advisory assignments, management of multi-billion dollar portfolios, and private equity capital raising for real estate acquisitions and developments. I have invested in multiple real estate asset types across most major markets in the United States and across all risk spectrum (core, core plus, value-add, and opportunistic assets). Currently, I am the Chief Investment Officer for a middle-market focused private equity real estate investment and technology company, Platform Ventures.
