Wendi Baker Principal, Harmonie Park Development Harmonie Park Development is a real estate development company that specializes in creating vibrant mixed-use communities in high-barrier-to-entry markets and thrives in turning challenging environments into flourishing neighborhoods. Prior to joining Harmonie Park, Wendi Baker was the Vice President of Development for SummerHill Homes, and was responsible for the acquisition of discretionary entitlement and construction document approvals for SummerHill Homes. In 1998, Ms. Baker received a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors from Syracuse University in Economics and Geography, and in 2000 received her Masters of Urban and Regional Planning from San Jose State University. She is a co-chair of Urban Land Institute’s Sustainability Committee (San Francisco). Member Directory
