Biography:

Wendy Bade joined PNC Real Estate in 2004 and is the Senior Vice President and Manager of Tax Credit Solutions Portfolio Services. With extensive experience in Affordable Housing, she currently oversees Fund Management, Investor Finance, RIA Compliance, Reporting and Pipeline, Construction and Insurance teams in PNC’s Louisville, Portland, and Pittsburgh offices. Wendy is a Certified Public Accountant, and is an alumnus of the University of Missouri‐Columbia with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
