Alessandra Canavesi
Biography: With over fifteen years of experience in marketing and business development for blue-chip financial organizations, I have a proven track record of delivering ambitious projects a globally. My career demonstrates a strategic, creative, and entrepreneurial approach to marketing leadership, influencing stakeholders, presenting to CEOs and Boards, and leading teams across multiple countries and languages. Since June 2016, I have been the Head of Marketing and Customer Experience at AXA IM Alts, driving the marketing strategy for a global leader in alternative investments. I joined when it was AXA IM - Real Assets and was promoted as the company expanded its focus. I am responsible for defining and delivering the global corporate marketing strategy aligned with capital raising objectives. Previously, I served as Head of Marketing at LaSalle Investment Management from January 2015 to May 2016, providing maternity cover. This role deepened my understanding of the real estate investment sector and expanded my industry network. I am also a member of the advisory board of Business Club Italia, a London-based organisation that facilitates networking between Italian professionals and international business leaders.
