Beth Callender

Biography:
Beth Callender – Principal CallenderWorks is a marketing strategy consultancy. For more than 20 years, Beth was co-owner of Greenhaus, a nationally recognized marketing agency specializing in the branding and marketing of real estate properties, master planned communities, urban and resort destinations, including cities and cultural institutions. At Greenhaus, and throughout her 30-year plus career, Beth served as the strategic lead on consumer and market research, the customer journey and marketing implementation. Today she consults with select on clients on marketing, sales, placemaking, and the customer experience. This includes the facilitation of team dynamics, putting consumer research into actionable/results-driven processes, and helping clients find the right agency partners. Beth has been an active ULI member for more than 20 years. She served as CDC Gold Council Chair (2015-2017), has been active on the national program committee and served as Chair of the San Diego-Tijuana District Council (2017-2020). Her role in PCBC, a leading California residential building conference, has been diverse; she has served on the board, on programs, and on strategic planning for the show. Prior to her involvement in ULI, Beth was President of the San Diego American Marketing Association and served on a ten-person national leadership team for AMA. She has been a featured speaker at ULI, PCBC, AMA, NAHB and the International Downtown Association. CallenderWorks is based in San Diego, but Beth works throughout the United States and Baja Mexico.
