Christopher Curry

Biography:

Christopher Curry is President of Caranda Holdings, LLC. Prior to launching Caranda, Mr. Curry spent 9 years as Senior EVP, Acquisitions and Development for The Howard Hughes Corporation (NYSE: HHC). Mr. Curry was one of the founding employees of HHC, a spin-off of General Growth Properties, which went public in November 2010. He was instrumental in building the company from scratch and transforming struggling assets into vibrant destinations and the country’s most sought-after communities. Prior to joining The Howard Hughes Corporation, Chris was President of TPMC Realty California. Chris has also held development executive positions at Forest City Enterprises and Westfield Corporation, Inc. Chris has an MBA degree in Finance from New York University. He is a licensed real estate broker in California and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Member Directory
