Dan Cohen

Biography: Dan has three decades of experience in real estate, including planning, investment, and development. His focus has largely been on acquiring, designing, entitling, and developing outstanding urban infill, highly sustainable mixed-use projects. Dan leads AC Development, the real estate investment and development arm of the Coors Family. His previous positions include Senior Vice President of Mixed-Use Development for McWhinney, Vice President for Catellus, and Director of Planning for Catellus' Mission Bay project in San Francisco. Dan holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of California, Berkeley and earned his Master of City Planning from MIT.
