Her career includes more than $4.0 billion in capital transactions involving acquisitions, debt investments, development financing, and asset repositioning. Her financial expertise extends to managing complex capital markets transactions and maintaining strong lender and investor relationships with top banking institutions. Ms. Coleman has also worked closely with hotel brand partners Hilton Worldwide, Marriott, and Waldorf Astoria. Experience covers the entire real estate lifecycle, from entitlement and development to preopening, renovations, and financing. She applies a results-driven approach combined with strategic planning to ensure effective execution, ensuring maximum returns while maintaining cost control. Known for managing teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, she focuses on optimizing asset performance and creating innovative solutions to operational challenges.
