Edward Coco

Biography: March 2003 Edward M. Coco Managing Director, Eastern Region, North America Debt Ed Coco is Managing Director of the Eastern Region for North America Debt. He has established GE Real Estate as one of the Top Lenders on the East Coast. The Eastern region consists of New York, Washington, D.C., Atlanta and Florida. GE Capital Real Estate's North America Debt group provides products for GE, the CMBS public market and the Private Institutional market. Debt products consist of floating rate traditional products, enhanced higher leverage floating rate products, and fixed rate CMBS programs. Ed joined GE in 1996 as Regional Production Manager in Atlanta. In this position he was responsible for generating over $1.8 billion in CMBS and structured volume. Prior to joining GE, Ed was Director of Acquisitions and Asset Manager for Equitable Real Estate. Dan has a M.S. in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University and a B.S. degree from the University of Maryland.
