Frank Clark
Biography: Frank T. Clark, CCIM, LEED AP Mr. Clark provides leadership for development and overall strategy at Stahl. Prior to joining Stahl Frank worked on behalf of The Ackerberg Group, Hines, and Pulte Homes, holding positions in leadership and management. He has 20 years of real estate experience, covering office, land, multifamily and retail sectors leading teams through all aspects of the process, including but not limited to site selection and acquisition, due diligence, municipal approvals, design and construction coordination, and lease or sale negotiations. Frank holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Denison University, and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP). He is an active member in numerous commercial real estate and professional groups; he serves on the Advisory Board for the Urban Land Institute as well as being a member of its Small Scale Development Council and participating in various Technical Assistance Panels. Frank serves on the Board of Directors of CCIM Minnesota. He is also a member of Minnesota Sustainable Growth Coalition and Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR).
